It includes a celery stalk, half head of lettuce,onion, bell pepper, chili pepper, and tomato. The coloring is also very realistic. It is a great set if you are looking for affordable, healthy play food and don't want a 200 piece set strung all over! I also recommend the fruits and breads in this line.
