(More customer reviews)I have a negative response due to the fact that purchasing this battery led to so much head ache. I purchased a power wheel jeep from Toys-R-us a year ago. You would think I could make a trip back to toys-R-us for a new battery. Not so, I had to search for a battery. Several buisnesses whom I thought carried the battery did not have any in stock. So, when I finally found the battery I was overjoyed. I purchased the battery through Amazon (new). It showed up not in a power wheel box, but in a shipping box wrapped in paper. After opening the box I found that the battery had a cracked head. Easy fix right. I wish. I called the company and they sent another battery. But this battery was grey and the jeep would only operate with the orange top battery. So, I made another call to the company and they sent the right battery. I put it in the jeep and let my son ride it to make sure the battery worked, as the company suggested. Well, the new battery lasted for two weeks. Now the new battery is just like the old " NO JUICE "
