(More customer reviews)They built a phone with good things to say and teach, but you cannot hear any of it. The phone prompts you to find and touch numbers, letters or shapes and then listen to the next prompt. Problem is you have to hold it to your hear to be able to hear it. Effectively, your kid has to touch the button and return the phone to his/her ear immediately, which NEVER happens. Not a good toy.
