(More customer reviews)The product looks exactly like the picture. Received it within 3 or 4 days. The only problem I have with it (and it's a big one) is that I can not seem to fully erase the board. I even risked using a little water on it to wipe it clean after the eraser wouldn't fully work. Maybe there's some other product on the market that I need to buy to help erase?????? When I write something new on the board you can still see the prior writing. Very disappointing.
