(More customer reviews)I ordered these to go with the Maxim wooden play kitchen. I haven't seen other play cooking sets, but other reviewers said that this set is a little bigger than most. Our play food (Plan Toys cutting set)fits in this set quite well, and also fits well on the burners of the play kitchen stove. I like the simplicity and the fact that it doesn't come with utensils - most of the play utensils look too dangerous for toddlers, so we just buy him real wooden ones in small sizes. My only concern is that the soldering on the handles might one day break. The set is dishwasher safe, so easy to clean when necessary. They don't show any sign of it now, but the handles seem a bit lightweight. Very loud - my son loves to bang the lids onto the pot and throw everything on the floor.
12/19 - I would now take away one star because the handle has broken off of the frying pan, as I feared it would.
