(More customer reviews)Real drum makes a very satisfying thump to end any marble track, and a great way to keep the marbles from scattering. Setting up the feet for base and spacing them all properly can be a little frustrating for young kids. Might have been nice to have a single piece for the base, but then again working through the fine adjustments needed is part of the learning process. This toy does not offer any instant gratification, it requires experimentation and problem solving.
