(More customer reviews)I purchased these blocks for my 1 year-old son. They are very high quality, smooth, unfinished wood. The mirrors are acrylic but reflect very well, no distortion, & occasionally need polishing with a t-shirt or paper towel. My only complaint is that I wish that there were more blocks in the box; the picture accurately shows only 8 blocks, 4 cubes & 4 rectangles. The box states that this is an accessory set but Amazon does not carry any larger sets.
