(More customer reviews)The product looked promising, and it worked, with complications, for a week. First of all, the pot has to sit perfectly under the water cache or it will leak, and even my husband and I had problems placing the pot perfectly, so my daughter only did it right approximately 1 out of 20 times. We think that this leaking caused the electrical to eventually malfunction. It now makes the water sound, but it will not pull water from the top into the pot anymore. I am not sure why they would make a children's toy that uses water to not be able to withstand leaking, but it's a goner. She used it as a prop for a while in her kitchen, but not being able to make coffee was disappointing. We can't return it either, since the box is long gone and we played with it. We bought the non-battery powered Bosch one instead and prefer it. It's not as colorful and noisy, without the sounds, but it works and will keep on working.
The other accessories here are great. We are enjoying the teacups, etc.
