(More customer reviews)This is a lovely rug and our 3 year old has a blast with it. He likes to point to the different pictures and name the buildings. The rug doesn't have a thick backing but it seems to be a pretty sturdy rug. Despite not having a rubber backing it does seem to stay in place pretty well on our hard wood floors.
The down side is I found something not quite as nice but still very cute at our local Home Depot for $20. We paid $50 for the rug in the advertisement. In fact I think our lil man likes the Home Depot rug a little better since it is more colorful.
If you need something shipped to your house this is a good quality, cute rug that is ideal for a child's room. However if you have the time I highly recommend you price shop at local stores, many places offer something very similar for less than half the price!
