(More customer reviews)I liked the fact that this set contained a wide variety of foods and that there were more than one piece of the same food - which is great during a play date. The pieces are small enough that the whole set can be placed in a shoe box for storage. If you are expecting 'life size' pieces - this set is not for you. Since the pretend plates my daughter uses are small to begin with - the food fits perfectly onto them and she really enjoys playing with the food. I threw out a few of the pieces that I did not like - i.e the cans of food. Given the number of pieces and the price, it is good value.
