(More customer reviews)Paper ephemera becomes one of the more prized collectibles as the years pass. Probably because there tends to be so much of it to begin with that it is accorded little value, except in the "use and toss" sense. Candy has a shorter shelf life, but paper gets no respect!
So it is a fine and fun thing to have found these napkins imprinted with an image and logo from Lord of the Rings. For many The Hobbit and the LOTR Trilogy were an introduction to fantasy fiction. Except for books there is little collectible in the paper field from the time of original publication. The 1970's saw a little more available, and of course since interest in the movies we have still a few more things: TCG, calendars and the like, but not an over abundance. These napkins now occupy a small, but integral niche in my collection, and I am pleased with them, precious.
