(More customer reviews)The company I purchased the toy from was great and gave me a refund no problem so my problem is not with them but with the toy itself. The toy is very cheap and not that durable for child use. The pot does not come out easily and the water pump never worked from day one. So cute idea and cute look but not practical or durable for kids.
