(More customer reviews)I bought this to take into the nursing home I work at and work with a resident and assemble it. He loves trains and had a blast painting and gluing the pieces together, with help from me. now it sits on a shelf in his room, his pride evident. I imagine children would have just as much fun, considering there is not nails or hammering.
It comes with 4 paints (Blue,Yellow,Red,&Black) but you might be able to use another craft/wood paint, paintbrush, little glue thingie, cute jeweled letters/numbers/symbols and a small piece of sandpaper to use on the wheel "rod" things so your wheels can rotate if you wish. Paint dried fairly quickly and from start to finish took about an hour.
This is definately worth it!
