It comes with 12 noise makers, 12 magnifying glasses, and 12 kaleidescopes. The plastic is solid - did not break when it fell out of a pinata to a hard floor, and held up well with 16 four year old boys. The noise makers were the hit of the party - make sure you have one for each child, substituting another toy in the favor bag when I had 16 kids did not work. Recommended for an inexpensive party favor.
